Are you a Warrior or Worrier as a Business Owner?

59% of adults reported a daily sense of worry in 2020

Many business owners can often feel a little down regarding their finances, their business, and the now looming ‘recession’. My question is “what are you going to do about it?


Which ‘muscle’ are you training and giving strength to?


Today, I’m going to do a WARRIOR VS WORRIER session on building your faith and belief ‘muscles’


?? The worrier focuses on all the possible problems that could occur.
???? The warrior focuses on how to overcome any potential obstacles that they may face.
?? Worriers tend to give up when the going gets tough
???? The warrior believes they can do anything they desire and keeps fighting.

?? A Worrier is paralyzed by fear. 
???? A Warrior admits fear, but does what’s needed anyway.

When you worry, you are hesitant, you turn away from, you’re not fully committed or
invested wholeheartedly.


Are you running AWAY or TOWARD progress?


What do you desire? Give that power because desire backed by faith doesn’t know failure.


Who of you would like adversity to flow off like water on a ducks back?

1) Awareness:
Put a box in front of you. Now put your thoughts in there. What thoughts are in there ? You can you transform your negative thought processes into magnetic positive thoughts to create prosperity and be a strong warrior as a business owner when you are aware of them. Money is energy. Check your attitude, thoughts and feelings around incoming and outgoing money. Your thoughts backed with feelings WILL CREATE your reality. What are you often thinking about that is NOT helpful?

2) Acknowledgment:

It is normal to have setbacks, unforeseen circumstances, let downs, failures, and problems. What are you going to do about them? Understand that all those who succeed in life get off to a bad start and go through heartbreak along the way. Turning points usually come from a crisis. As soon as you can accept adversity as part of the destination, and choose to run forwards, the sooner you will find success. Faith is the ONLY antidote for failure. Acknowledge but don’t accept failure.

3) Action:
a) What do you choose to do to help you cope with unexpected adversity and prevent worrying?
b) What do you do when you do start to worry to get you back into warrior state?

Here are some tips to help you go from worrier to warrior as a business owner:

  • Visualization: Give your desires power by refusing to give up. Concentrate your thoughts on who you want to become. Make it a priority in life and only engage in your desired goals.
  • Belief: If you repeat a lie you’ll believe it as truth and create it. If you don’t Believe you won’t receive. Limitations are only what you set up in your own mind.
  • Auto suggestion: Faith is a state of mind improved by auto suggestion. Develop faith by using affirmations to train your subconscious.

  • Gratitude: What is great in your life right now? Give thanks for that.
    Make that your focus.
  • Just Breath: Make sure you are breathing
  • Control: You can only control what you can control. So what can you control? Focus on that.
  • Take Time: Take time to strengthen your warrior daily. Meditate, be mindful and journal
  • Improve your health: Drink water, eat better, exercise and sleep better
  • Environment: Declutter anything not serving your wellbeing. Your physical environment including those around you who may not be helping. Surround yourself with positive people.
  • Play: Allocate time to play and be creative. Include activities that bring you joy and make you laugh. Fill your joy Cup.
  • Specific time for worrying: Set specific time you allow yourself to worry and then stop when the time is up.
  • Box or Bin it: Put your worries in a box to think about in your worry time. If those worries don’t really need worrying about, then BIN them.
  • Get help: There are amazing professionals who can assist you with your mental wellbeing.

Try this timeline therapy exercise which can help you bring a pushed down joyful part from the past, give it energy, and bring it into the now.

Go back in time to a time when you feel safe and happy.
How old are you?
Are you inside or out?
Are you alone or with someone?
See how you feel and feel how you feel.
Give that feeling a colour.
Blow that feeling up so bright and shiny and place it all around you.
See and feel it on your face
On your shoulders
In your heart
Glowing and expanding as it travels past your hips down to your knees and onto your toes.
That feeling of safe and happy.
Now take that glowing colour of safe and happy and carry it back with you into the now.
See and feel that feeling of safe and happy with you now
And take it with you into the future
The feeling of safe and happy
And bring it back with you into the now


And when you ready open your eyes. How are you feeling?

Like attracts like
Energy is the same as its all vibration.


As you change your vibration from worrier to warrior, not only will you feel better, but you
will start to attract more positive experiences into your life.
