Principles that can Unlock the door to higher sales figures and achieve lasting success

Here is an exercise I created as a takeaway from the SWISH sales bootcamp I attended recently:

1. I have achieved….

2. I will achieve…..

3. Create Monthly Goals:

Personal, Financial, Business, Relationship/Family, Health

Say these goals every day and Reward yourself when you achieve them.

4. Daily Goals: The Ivy LEE Method:

The Ivy Lee Method, a renowned productivity technique, emphasizes structured planning and prioritization for optimal daily performance. Named after its creator, Ivy Lee, a productivity consultant in the early 20th century, this method encourages writing down six major tasks the night before, ensuring a clear roadmap for the following day. Each task is then evaluated based on its importance and urgency, categorized as A (Absolutely essential), B (Be cautious), or C (Delegate to others). By focusing on tackling the A tasks first, individuals address critical responsibilities head-on. Additionally, the method advocates preparing for unexpected challenges, enabling a proactive response when “shit hits the fan.” Incorporating the philosophy of “eating the frog,” where the most challenging task is dealt with first, the Ivy Lee Method empowers individuals to maximize productivity, make progress on key goals, and navigate their daily tasks with purpose and efficiency.

  • Write to do the night before
  • 6 Major tasks of the day
  • ABC Absolutely essential (based on pain if not sorted), Be cautious (1 step closer, break into smaller, C Delegate to
  • Diarise it, including time for ‘when shit hits the fan’
